The Pyramid of Symptoms

At the moment, from my perspective… After all of the research that I’ve done, without getting full blood work done yet (working on it)… This is what I think may be going on with me and the order and method with which I hope to deal with this:

  1. INFECTION

With my weakened immune system, I’ve come down with some kind of infection. The Prostatitis is confirmed and I’m figuring out how to deal with that. The other thing… I’m pretty sure I have something else, a full body infection. Candida… something. My hands are cold, I have a fever all day, joint pain. I’m getting this checked out, but this is stop #1 for me (I plan on dealing with it with lots of coffee enemas, anti-biotics, anti-fungals, diet, or whatever the fuck else I have to do, under the supervision of somebody knowledgeable. One Caveat to that actually: I won’t touch a Fluoroquinolone. Won’t do it. Tried Levaquin a week ago and got tingling up and down my legs for four hours after one pill. Thankfully, that’s gone away, but those things are toxic and fuck up people’s lives. There are better treatments for Prostatitis which I’ll mention later in this post).

  1. LIVER

I’m pretty sure that somewhere along the line, the liver is implicated in this BS and needs to be dealt with. In the process of dealing with whatever infection I’ve got going on, I plan to do a serious serious liver cleanse of some sort. Not really sure how this is all going to work, but whatever it takes I will do. We’re talking bile pouring out of my liver ducts, gall stones, whatever it is, I want it out, I want a clean slate in there. So, even if Propecia messed with it in a way that is irrepairable (would rather not believe this), it will at least be nice and clean.

  1. INSUFFICIENT ADRENAL FUNCTION

I can feel this. They kind of hurt and I suffer from all of the symptoms. It just makes sense. I’m sure that the infection is making this worse. I’m in the camp that thinks the adrenal fatigue has to do with weak glands trying to support the brain with more progesterone as the brain struggles with little allopregnenalone while also trying to make sex hormones. Lack of sleep (next topic) is a culprit here too along with stress. This definitely suggests why a hormone imbalance could persist. Must be dealt with by improving infection situation / improving sleep.

  1. SLEEP / NEUROTRANSMITTER ISSUE

Fuck, this one pisses me off. But, I think it’s amendable. I’ve been reading the Edge Effect and trying out Amino Acids, which I really think can help with these imbalances. Have you guys tried Inositol? I’m going to give that a try as I’ve read a couple of studies about it and a lot of people now view it as a better treatment for anxiety/OCD than prescriptions. Braverman claims it helps with GABA (I’m assuming via seratonin, which it affects directly). The more help I give my brain, the better, as the less stress I’ll be under… and thus, my body. About the sleep… I’ve thought really hard about how to get some Xyrem and take it under a program of low doses and not every night (ONLY ONCE at night) for a maximum of 3 months. I think this may not really be the total answer, and strikes me as risky (Visit some of the GHB addiction sites…)… But, that Growth Hormone release is very tempting. I know we all need that BIG time. Looking into this, as I’m sure I could fail a sleeping test pretty hard right now. For now though, I will try and lessen my anxiety via The Edge Effect (Definitely worth it and I think the amino acids work. Have you guys tried the ALA ALC stack? Look it up, it’s pretty major. Definitely helps me out.), and practice some mental calm to chill out / hopefully improve sleep. Also, have any of you guy’s enlisted Eric Braverman as your Doc? I want to make this happen. I like that book.

  1. HORMONES

Yeah. I think this is where the hormones fall in my estimation. If the liver’s acting weird, and your adrenal glands are weak, and you also can’t sleep… then the imbalance is made more and more complicated. Of course, at this point, I really have no idea at all. Hopefully, everything sorts itself out if you can solve sleep / liver / infection / brain. I have an appointment with Shippen next month, and I’m looking forward to seeing where I stand / what he thinks. This is obviously the issue that’s most apparent… I just feel like there’s a lot of BS in the way of actually fixing it. Drugs are probably necessary to really bring this into range when the body is ready to do so. Hopefully as your hormones come back to balance, your prostate / nuts / shlong can heal with testosterone / dht. This stuff has to be reversible.

  1. PROSTATITIS

I guess this could be up there with infection, but I’m giving it a sub category down here because it’s a little more isolated in the body. I’ve read basically everything on this site and many of you have some kind of infection of the prostate. Most of them seem pretty minimal… Others seem more pronounced. Here’s the thing… The way Western Medicine deals with Prostatitis is really really awful. Fluoroquinolones are the only anti-biotics that can blast through to the prostate and these drugs are absolutely horrible. We’re talking insomnia, anxiety, nerve damage, tendonitis… The list goes on and on. I read about one guy who lost his sense of taste and smell b/c of Levaquin!!! So… What are the options? This must be dealt with right? THIS is ESSENtial in dealing with the sexual issues. If you go on the prostatitis forum (sxpclinic.com/ The site looks pretty weird, and quackery alarms will go off with many of you. I’ve read a bunch of logs by long time Prostatitis sufferers on that forum, and he’s cured many of them. He basically spends 25-40 straight days treating you in China. He does extensive cultures of your prostatic fluid, examines your prostate via ultrasound, isolates exactly what bacterium you have (sometimes there’s a couple), chooses the precise anti-biotic that will affect your associated bacterium and injects it through your pelvic gab (apparently safe… ) directly into the affected portion of your prostate, and clears out all blockages in all the plumbing with some fluid that is good at clearing the vessels (I would definitely need to figure out what’s in that fluid…). I’m pretty sure he injects directly into your nuts if necessary too… Which sounds pretty crazy. They try and strengthen your immune system while you’re there as well as give you accupuncture and massage every day. It adds up to $15,000 - $20,000, which is a lot of money. But, if you really need to cure your prostatitis… Anyway, I’ve been investigating this guy, and I’ve spoken to some of his former patients over the phone, and they all claim he’s the best doctor they’d ever had, and felt complete confidence under his care. These are people who dealt with chronic prostatitis for upwards of 15 years and went to many a doc. They also say you get a translator and stuff and the city is clean and fine. So… I’m keeping an open mind about this, but cERTainly have not booked my tickets yet.

This is a personal journey for us all. I wish you the best in all of your lives and your recoveries. I’m sure what I’ve written above is wrong in a bunch of spots, but… WE ALL MUST HAVE A PLAN. Without a plan, there is no journey. BTW, I’ve been off for 6 weeks after 23 days on the drug.

about prostatis there is another dr. called anthony felicano in the phillipines who is considered the best by many out there. good news too is now they have a practice out in tucson arizona and they claim within 10 days they’ll cure you of prostatis etc. Luckily for me my best friend from college lives in Tucson arizona so im hoping if it’s reasonably affordable ie less than 2,000 hopefully to go out there in the next month or so.
