The effect of regular exercise on penile nitric oxide synthase expression in rats

Alright, first of all, i never used propecia or finasteride. but somehow i have the EXACT symptoms with the members of this forum, which are:

1- decrease in penis girth
2- wrinkled skin on penis
3- rubbery and soft erections, which can be bent
4- depression
5- muscle loss
6- increase in fat mass, especially abdominal fat
7- soft flaccid penis
8- weakness

i was in army between december 2008 and may 2009, i was under serious stress that time. when i got back home, i was masturbating 3 times a day, i wasn’t sleeping in night to watch porn and masturbate, i was going to sleep at 8 am in the morning and wake up at 2 pm afternoon. i wasn’t going out, not even to market. i didn’t exercise, i wasn’t even walking. i was staying at home all the time, eating, watching porn, masturbating and sleeping. this went on like 1 month. and i started to have these symptoms. i had blood tests, i had low total and free testosterone, still in normal range but in lower end of the normal range.

then i decided to search in internet how i can get back to normal. i came up with this study:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19793134?itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum&ordinalpos=15

it says:

i think i have to get my lazy ass off, and go to gym regularly

Ok then, so this isn’t the forum for you, since you never took the drug. However, there are forums dedicated to sexual exhaustion, which would probably be of more use to you, ie recover.forumup.org/index.php?mforum=recover

No offense, but why do people think they should post on this forum when they aren’t even in the target demographic of this site (ex-Fin users)? Doing so only clutters this site with off-tangent info, from people who’s issues aren’t even drug related… which ultimately dilutes the quality of posts on the forum.

You’d be better off posting at the above link since your issues aren’t Fin related.

If you have low T then talk to your doc about ways to boost it. Good luck with your excercise routine and hope you get better either way.

Thats pretty much common knowledge.

YES I work out alot, NO it haven’t helped significantly down there.
For overall general health daily exercise is important, but our problems isn’t common and caused by a drug that have set our system off balance.

While we’re talking exercise I’d recommend the crossfit program which you can find at www.crossfit.com
