the best diet

hi everybody

Can somebody explain wich is the best diet for us? i’ve read a lot of time “no caffeine”, “no sugar”, “no alcool”…
what about vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, legumes and other aliment? what is the meaning of “no sugar”? what kind of sugar?
if somebody can draft an excellent diet (mentioning the food that we should eat and the food that we should not eat) it will be very useful!

do a google for “natural hormonal enhancement”. it’s a book about getting the most out of your diet to boost testosterone and growth hormone.

basically it’s no sugar, lots of lean meat + vegetables + water. moderate fruit. healthy fats. eat 6 smaller meals per day. nothing fancy, just common sense and healthy foods over junk and processed foods.

pretty well-researched book. i like it.
