Has anyone heard of a TRT shot that is done every 3-months?
There are even Testosteron Beads that you can get under your Buttskin and they last 6 months…
But thats not the solution to our problem, so…

I believe testosterone undecanoate / nebido is done on this sort of injection frequency.
Awful TRT protocol if you as me, you’d be so much better off using a short ester like enanthate and injecting multiple times per week. I use insulin needles, so the injection is very easy and painless

Being hypogonadal is more cardiotoxic than TRT.
You’ll probally feel like shit on the longer esters, but everyone is different, this is your journey and you have to find what works for you. From my extensive research, the gold standard is using test E and injecting frequently.
