Testosterone results- please help!

JSK, exercise and a good diet is a healthy way of living and should be encouraged in all situations.
Instead of ‘thinking about’ doing the study, why don’t you just do it? It takes a few minutes, and you could probably have done it in the time it took to write that last post.

Have you done it yet?
Why don’t you participate in the study and then encourage others to do so? It’s the most useful thing you can do.

Just letting you guys know that I have taken part in the study, and doctor Irwig contacted me this morning. Sorry people for taking so long. I did qualify in the end, and hope something good will come from this. He seems like a good doctor.

Im glad there were enough people to fill the study. I was concerned that its restictions limited it to such a small population that it would not happen (on this planet - let alone this forum)

I tried this calculator and it made me feel better about my T levels, becase in the labwork my “% freeT” is always out of range (LOW) at about 1%. This calculator had it at 2%.

My scariest lab value is 3-Adiol-G though: 138

But the T looks promising if I am interpreting the calculator correctly:

Free T = 13 ng/dL = 2.01 %
BioAvail = 291 ng/dL = 45.1 %
