testo estradiol ratio

what the estradiol testosterone should be?

Hey man.

Well it depends on labs and so fourt.

But as a young man your test should be mid range up and e2 should be mid range.

If your free t is low and your e is mid range you are in trouble.

well yes my testo is mild low ,
so i think yes i have little e2 dominate.
i don’t know what should i do about it.

I also have very low free t and high e2 and e3, all my symtoms can be attributed to this imbalance.

If you can, try some anti estrogens and tests your e2 when on them to see what is happening.

If i use zinc i feel worse, and zinc lower e2 and increase testo

Unfortunately we will have to wait to see what the Harvard doctors and scientists find before anyone goes about messing with testosterone and estrogen ratios. They are doing a thorough clinical study now which will better reveal the underlying problem.

I am not waiting for any messiah, I will do the best I can to shed more light on this condition by experimenting myself. SO far I have learn a great deal about my situation.

VincentTV, that’s terrific news. What physical symptoms have you treated or resolved by you manipulating your hormones?

Pretty much all symptoms.

Vincent how did you treat the sexual symptoms?

So you are cured? That’s great. You should be thrilled!!

No I am not cured. Fin has damaged something in my body and taking standard hormones is unable compensate for the damage. Whether I inject testosterone or my body produces it. The fact is my body is not processing it in the correct manner. More tests, scans and experiments must be done in order to further triangulate the exact root cause.

So then what did you accomplish?

I have determined what is causing ALL my symptoms.

What is it?

For me, if I can reduce my free e2 and e3 and double my free t I will be cured. But there is no way to do this with any drugs in a lasting stable manner.

Any efforts to increase free T using anti estrogen results in recoveries followed by roller coaster.

Increasing free t with T works well for 1 week then free e2 and e3 go over range. I can try to control with anti estrogens and get relief but it is a rollercoaster where I feel worse than ever some of the time.

This is good to know. It may be that receptors in the brain are fucked up and cannot bring the body to hormonal homeostasis. People who don’t have PFS with messed up hormones, such as body builders, may be able to recover after using steroids via the methods you mentioned. We however cannot for some reason. It would be great if you could participate in the study and tell Dr. Bhasin your experiences with testosterone and anti estrogens. He’s probably one of the best andrologists in the world and we are very fortunate to have him on our side. I don’t know from where you are, but at least visit Dr. Bhasin as a patient.

I am from australia and in Thailand.

The problem I see for me at least is my free test ends up as free e and that is why my shbg now and cbg has gone up. Some here have troubles with thbg. My estrone is normal too.

I think nothing to do with the brain if it is with this free e / free t balance. All my body is affected by these messed up hornones including brain. This is what hormones do. Mess up your whole body.

I am still doing tests. But I think consistently if I take a shot of fast acting t I will feel much better all around. In fact I will feel great. Problem is as it ends up in e2 quickly this never lasts.

And lowering my test to below range also screws me up and makes all pfs issues way worse which shows me my symptoms are directly related to androgen action in the body.

Increasing test also screws me up because e2 quickly goes over range. So my body is doing the best it can now by loweing free t to grandpa levels. Blocking e is never going to be a solution as I doubt it is coming evenly from all areas. This means that aromotaze will be inhibited in some areas to a level that cause problems but yet serum estradiol may still be high.

But as I said, using both t and ais I can fix all my problems over and over but never in a stable manner and end up worse for a perioed of time.

VincentTV- def reach out or participate in the study. I really believe more than ever we have a problem at the receptor site of estrogen and progesterone in favor of estrogen. But your experiences are extemely valuable. If it was simply a hormonal imbalance I don’t think you and countless others would be having these troubles. It sounds like something is not signaling correctly

It is not a standard hormonal imabalnce situation. We need more blood tests and siliva tests to verify these things. I am going to be doing more when on anti estogens and so fourth. I know for me the problem is a hormonal imbalance. I have done enough tests to be pretty sure about that. This is not the kind of hormonal imabalance you can fix with drugs.
