Hello . I have been doing body building for 4 years and it was all good in the beginning and throughout . I HAVE NEVER USED STEROIDS but now in few months I have noticed that my scrotum has become saggy and testicles have decreased in size with loss of erection and libido . I am suspecting varricocele on palpating my scrotum which I will get confirmed from a radiologist soon but I just want to know can I get my testicles back to normal size with libido and erection ? I have read about clomiphene and HCG therapy but I have query about HCG , sure HCG will not suppress my GnRh as negative feed back from testicles and I will not get a low natural LH FSH and my testicles get dependent on exogenous LH(HCG) ? I mean Are there any withdrawal effects of Clomiphene and HCG or I will have to take them for the whole life ?
What makes you suspect a varicocele?
How old are you?
What other medicines do you take?
Did you try some kind of supplement or steroid recently?
Did you squish your balls working out?
I can feel bunch of vessels in my scrotum like a bag of worms .
My age is 27. No any medication other than Suxbex Z(multi vitamin) and never used steriods only used Protein supplements. I never squished my balls
Yes that’s the description for testicular vericocele. The exact words, so
I’ve had varicocele since I was little child, but it never had impact on my testicles size/erections/libido.
It’s not varicocele… it comes with pfs… when I was having dry orgasms on the onset of PFS, I thought the same thing haha… now 9 years later I have an extremely difficult time putting on muscle despite being a gym rat my whole life.
. low t… low androgens, conversion issues… my balls are almost always deflated… some days it springs back and they are heavy and full, but it’s usually hit or miss…
one thing that helps is bovine Orchic supplement… I use raging bull Orchic…it’s roughly 3grams of testicles… my T is up from 250 to 389 but I’ve worked my ass off in the gym and eating a shitton of eggs the last few months… I feel better… but I’d be an absolute animal if hormones were working properly
Time to go to a urologist who will check you for varicocele, spermatocele, and everything else related to your genitalia. As I said to another guy on this forum- you have to go to doctors and get disorders ruled out by them. You need ultrasound, blood tests, check for infections, etc. Only after you have gotten all that under control or if all is negative can you begin to approach the subject of propecia or pfs. Be warned! Mentioning propecia first, getting all emotional, telling the doc vague things will get him to label you as having mental illness which is not where you want to be.
Which brand have you used? First time I am hearing about this supplement? Did anyone else get improvements on this?
I didn’t get my answer yet
I have been on and off of climophene 2 times. Never had any withdrawal syndrome…Your T drops down, in my case stabilised around 400 which was still much higher than where I was before climophen just after PAS (200).
I am not sure if you can take climophene continously. I remember reading about eye nerve damage and got my eyes checked and doc was not happy with what she saw. Now I don’t know if it is climophene…
I also remember reading an elevated prostate cancer risk but not sure if this applies to pfs pas sufferers.
No experience with HCG.
@Ninja Clomid/clomiphene and hcg willl make your testes produce sperm and testosterone.
But before you take one of those, your doctor/urologist has to rule out the issues you mention.
