My testicles seem to get smaller and definitely retract before I have to take a shit. Is this normal?
I don’t remember if this occurred before propecia. One reason I may notice it more now is that I have a spermacotele (probably as a result of the trauma I experienced from propecia) which causes discomfort when my testicles retract.
