I have noticed that when I am sneezing really hard my testicle hurts for a few seconds. It feels like a cramp. This does not happen every time but surely happened enough to concern me. I think I got this for a few years but realized it just now.
Could be a varicocele
I checked my testicles last month. Doc said there is nothing to worry, everything perfect.
When you sneeze, your pelvic floor muscles contract, which could explain the pain you’re experiencing.
