Teas for anxiety. Good or bad?

My anxiety, like other things, worsened after taking fin.

I tried out a few kinds of tea recently, to great effect. Namely,

Lemongrass tea diminishes my anxiety a lot. It’s even funny how much calmer I feel when I drink it. This is my favorite of them all.
Green tea lessens my appetite, which is not bad. It also makes one feel more alert generally.
I add mint tea to the mix for taste.

But I read somewhere around here that green tea may have undesirable, finasteride-like effects.

Also, after drinking lemongrass tea, although I feel really chill, my joints, and body in general – fingers, arms, thighs – feel a little weird. Nothing terrible … but should this raise a red flag?

My chest and thighs are already slightly womanly and I certainly don’t want that to worsen.

So here’s the great dilemma. Teas are awesome, especially lemongrass tea. It kills my anxiety beautifully. But I’m afraid it may mess with my body.

Pregnenolone helps my anxiety enormously, at 25-50 mg/day. It’s OTC in the US. Very similar method of action to benzodiazapenes - upregulates gaba receptors (gaba neural pathways responsible for inhibiting neural activity).
