OK - so now i’m officially overwight having put on 10 kilos (22lbs) since quitting, despite a very healthy diet and regular workout (gym and or swimming 4x week). New endo has ordered tests so I should be able to post results in about 10 days. I have fairly constant liver ache (quite mild) and sleep continues to be an issue though I now occasionally seem to get 6 hours uninterrupted sleep rather than the usual four plus two . ED never went away though I do get morning erections that don’t qualify a wood as they don’t last long.
My main concerns at the moment are the weight gain and sleep. I am supplementing Vit D3 (sincere thanks to whoever came up with that advice - huge improvement in mood).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
