T3 is too short to search on this site.
Where can I get these hormones, I just find supplements that claim to boost that?
Are those who are taking T3 and T4 got that through a prescription?

Before taking hormones directly, have you tried Iodine supplements? I have been taking Iodine for a year now and my blood tests show thyroid hormone levels that are all in range:
TSH 1.71 (0.40 - 4.50 mIU/L)
T4, free 1.1 (0.8 - 1.8 ng/dL)
T3, free 3.3 (2.3 - 4.2 pg/mL)
