Caveat is that it probably only works for people who are recovering or who have some T-stimulating/making capacity. Lean beef, Red Potatoes, drizzle of EVOO, loads of Turmeric, garlic pepper (for curcumin bioavailability) and peanut butter. Ground it up and it’s extremely good. If inflammation is your issue in particular it could help. And it tastes great.
Curcumin might mess with 5ar at extremely high blood levels (hence the requirement of T stimulating/making capacity), so there’s that to watch out for. Up to the dose required to do that it might have a beneficial effect on T production (if you can make it that is). And regardless, if inflammation is what’s preventing T production/stimulation, getting rid of that will probably more than compensate.
