Swimming: bliss and escape

I’ve been having a really rough couple of days but found relief in swimming. I was swimming in a heated indoor pool yesterday and my mind was free and clear. There is something magical, healing, and therapeutic about being fully submersed in water.

If you guys are feeling like you are in a really dark place I suggest you give swimming a try. Saunas are also magic. I’ve found both to me much more relaxing and meditative than even meditation.

I’m counting down the days when I will be able to soak in the crystal clear waters of Varadero beach.
