Supplements for joint pain

Hi all,

First of all, sorry for my bad English. I took fin about 5-6 years before and now stop about nearly 5 months. However, I feel my joint pain (both knees) get MORE SERIOUS. Beside, I always felt my leg muscle are trembled. I consulted a Orthopedist doctor in May and injected hyaluronic acid in my right knees but nothing help. I know many members in this forum take supplements for the joint pain, but they are different. I also take the below supplements. Do you think that these supplement is right for me (or any important supplements which i miss)? Please advise.

  1. Glucosamine, 1500mg (no chondroitin)
  2. Vitamin D3, 1200-1600IU
  3. Magnesium, 800mg
  4. Calcium, 400mg
  5. Zinc, 25mg
