Hi. I took 4 doses during 2 weeks. It has been 4 days since last one. Now I have problems with sleep. I slept only 4-5 hourd. I dont feel any emotions. My sexual drive is 0. I don’t feel antything. I really don’t want to live like that.

Hey, sorry to read you suffered sides too. I got PFS of 4 pills after fina,
whats important now, try to relax and dont read too much about pfs, you have still great chances to recover.
Do not take any hormonal supplements that claim to raise libido or androgens for now.
Wait - try to relax - and ask if you need

@andras33 I guess the only option now is to die… fucking poison

Nah, dont worry, things will slowly but they will improve. You may fully recover, but even if you wont, there are great chances to improve to a great degree, but if so, brace yourself that it will be a long journey.

To me first 6 months was hell, and now since the second 6 month i learn to cope. The next period will be starting therapeutic efforts

I’m back after 8 months.
For disclosure: I wasn’t reading propeciahelp forums since February, I didn’t want to stress myself.

March: I did full blood tests. My testoserone level was not the best. It was 4.5 ng/ml and I was feeling like a shit… still. I decided to visit psychiatrist because I had problems with sleep. I slept only for one hour and I couldn’t do any better. She gave me some SSRI and after couple of days I could sleep again at least for 5-6 hours - not perfect but still it was good for me.
(all doctors said that my problems was mental issue - not because of finasteride)

I was totally destroyed and this year was shitty for me. My penis started “working” after ~1.5 month. I still had some mental issues and I feared sex with woman. I found new girlfriend and she was very understanding and I must say she gave me some psychological comfort and I was able to have sex again.

I must say that my hormones levels are still not perfect. COVID-19 didn’t help either. Gyms, shopping centers etc. was closed in my country. I started eating shit food because I was destroyed in those days.

Now after 8 months I feel pretty comfortable. I must say that meds from psychiatrist helped me a lot as well as psychotherapy. I slowly realize myself that hair is not the most important thing. It’s very slow process so I started to go to the gym regularly to fill my spare time to not think about it.

Hello, I also took four pills, I have similar symptoms to you. How much would you considered yourself recovered ?

I’m 19 days post fin right now

Did you recover??

I have no recovered yet. It’s been 2 months. But I have improved a bit.

Sleep is still bad, libido low, anhedonia, semen quality poor, penis is shrinking, brain function getting lower.

There’s a lot I could say. Some positives are my heart rate and anxiety is much more normal. My sexual sides have improved slightly. I’ve had some days where I get random super hard erections and my semen quality is completely normal. My anhedonia is 10% better. My sleep is 30% better. I can sweat and get body odor. I can get a pump in the gym and gain muscle. My loss of thirst is a little better. Appetite is fully back. Frequent urination is mostly gone. Vision is normal.

I’d say I’m 40-60% recovered. Hope to get to 100% within a year.
