4 year PFS sufferer here.
I stupidly took Saw Palmetto for the last couple of days after my brother bought me it to help with certain pains and sleep problems, but despite having heard of it from him, I didn’t realise it was responsible for a lot of the same symptoms I got from Finasteride. I’m worried I’ve accidentally worsened my condition (if that’s even possible).
Any advice for me in my desperation?
