RESULTS:
Mean DHEA levels increased by 133% from 61 mg/L to 142 mg/L (P <0.001) and mean E2 levels increased by 239% from 28 pg/mL to 95 pg/mL (P <0.05). Mean E1 levels increased by 264% from 42 pg/mL to 153 pg/mL (P = 0.06).

CONCLUSIONS:
Long-term tamoxifen therapy can be associated with increased serum levels of DHEA, E1, and E2. Elevated serum estrogens may explain tamoxifen’s estrogenic effects and may represent a mechanism for the development of drug resistance.

So while Tamoxifen may have an anti-estrogenic effect initially, that may change with continued use and actually promote the aromatization to E1 and E2.

For anyone on TRT one potential way to work around may be Primobolan injections instead of regular Test-E or Prop injections, since Primobolan cannot convert to Estrogen.

SERM’s increases the testosterone level so much that it may lead to a problem with estrogen dominance. It’s the same thing with TRT. Your body gets too much testosterone, which converts to estrogen.

Methenolone can’t substitute testosterone.

tamoxifen has both, estrogenic and anti estrogenic effects, while its anti estrogen in breast (paritial), no one know where it will function as estrogen in your body. especially in a male body, bcoz no drug company will waste money on trying to figure that out.
use HCG instead if trying to “restart”.

SERM use in men is outdated.
