Strong penile fibrosis and aptopsis of smooth muscles

Can smooth muscle cells come back? How do SC turn into fiber in the first place? 0

Adrogen deprivation, poor blood flow and hypoxia. This is a castration medication. Seriously

What a disgusting joke. How come so many people take this drug and don’t even notice their erections are dying and having lack of blood here. I was on TRT high dose!! And still became full ED after dutasteride!! T alone is not enough, dht is essential in the penis they have different function. I’m 4 days into proviron. And I already feel healthier full-body… My dht production must still have been down after 6 months I quit dutasteride

I noticed it, but my t levels were always normal and my primary dr will always say it was all in my mind. I wish I can go back. I’m doing shockwave therapy to try to restore smooth muscles cells and using pde5i to prevent further fibrosis. I did proviron too.

I still have erections, but I lose them over time, when I stop manual stimulation. This is terrible, but maybe shockwave can really repair some of the damage

let us know how it goes man. whch device you will buy, phoenix one? i do cialis, proviron and warm cloth 40 degrees for 30-60 minutes a day on penis

I don’t think Phenix is real shockwave, maybe just radial wave like the Gainswave thing. That is not proven to work.

The Phoenix is not real at all. You need to find a really machine and clinic that does it

reporting back. I had vein ligation in 2018, afterwards injected with pge1 10ug twice a week for 3 months and took 20mg tadalafil daily. sex was possible, glans still a problem. now with pills I am somehow functioning and can have sex. major improvement.

tried shockwave as well, next thing to try is prp and shockwave combined.

Wish you all the best, see you in 9 years

Well, that’s depressing

Depends on your point of view. For me it s a major improvement.

Due to a traumatic brain injury I have to take amantadine twice daily and my nightly erections are back. Another possibility to look into
