It could be the result of anxiety disorder or inflammation. Over the past three years, my symptoms have been continuously improving
I’m recovered and I still have it, seems since PFS my head gets pressurized easier and I get to the brain burner stage of PEM with my ME/CFS easier. I feel mine usually in the forehead area but I get the back neck pressure too but no burning there. When I was in PFS when it would get really bad I would completely lose the ability to get an erection when I was able to with some effort at any other time and the anhedonia/doom feeling would sky rocket. I tracked the flares of it to my circadian rhythm and certain foods like tofu were making it worse. So it had some link to the condition but now when it happens everything down there is still fine I just feel like my brain is an over heating computer. So it may not be related but could not be doing you any favors.
