Stomper Recovery

I talked on the phone with Stomper for an hour tonight. There were more details posted to his thread here: solvepfs.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1449&start=10

But here is what I learned. His story is more similar to mine than any others I have read as far as how he crashed, his symptoms, and all of the different meds he has tried. His libido was his biggest issue and at zero. It is now at 90-95%.

Started with Diet/Gut Protocol
-2 day water fast.
-Only ate Meat, veggies, eggs (12 per day), avocados. No fruits, no sugars
-Ate Fermented foods with every meal (beets, Kimchi, Sauerkraut) + probiotics
-3 Months in he added nuts.
-Continued for 8 months
-At this point, he did his first stool analysis and his doctor said it was the best she had every seen. He still was not really feeling a ton better though.

He then added progesterone cream, 1 pump (20-25mg) per day.

3 weeks later he started 12.5mcg T3. He would take it for 4 weeks, and be off for 2-3 weeks. He cycled like this for around 6 months. Slowly was feeling better.

6 months later he started adding in a rotation of CD Nuts style test boosters. Every day you rotate the following: Yohimbe, Pine Pollen, Togkat Ali, Ant Extract, Tribulus. The tribulus he takes every other day.

He also lifted heavy weights throughout the whole recovery.

Interesting points
-Previously tried TRT with little success
-Previously tried Armour Thyroid and High doses of T2 (wilsons protocol) with no success
-Previously tried HC with just a little relief
-He never mentioned these to me, but it was posted that he takes b vitamin , glutamine, zinc and vitamin c.

Hi moonman, my problem is zero libido as well. I have been on TRT (Nebido) for 3 months and it gives me frequent erections but still no improvement in libido or sexual sensation (nearly anorgasmic). My TSH levels are within normal range.

So he sounds like me too.

Can you speculate on why what he did might have worked when previous TRT and thyroid treatment had not? It seems counterintuitive that T boosters and T3 would do the trick when direct medical treatment of the same hormones had not.

I just can’t seem to get rid of the fungus in my gut. I read that a low body temperature is the result of a dysfunctional thyroid. This low body temperature is a perfect environment for fungus/parasites/candida/pathogens.

I am going to work with a new protocol:

  • T3
  • Progesterone: I did that before but only with minimal results. Maybe it was because of the low dose i was using (5mg two times a day). I plan to use 20-25mg this time.
  • Canxida: i use all the 3 bottles. It is helping me at the moment but i don’t reach that great breaktrough.
  • Clean diet: paleo with some carbs. I eat carbs because i don’t want to stress the thyroid any further with low carb.

I have periods of recovery but PFS always comes back. This is after too much exercise and/or eating/drinking shitty foods/drinks and/or too much sex.

I have good hopes that this proctocol will help me further. I have already healed so much but i want a complete recovery.

Hi thanks for posting, great post.
Could you contact me to him?
(If he agrees offcourse)
