Anyone have ridges on their finger nails? I though this was due to low zinc, but I did the stomach acid test (water+baking soda) and I didn’t burp for 5 minutes… Anyone else test this?
Ridges yes…haven’t done a stomach acid test.
Yep, have that.
But I think it’s related to dry skin, which is a pretty common PFS symptom.
