What supplaments or natural stuff are good for sperm count?

How many people had a sucsses with the sperm.?
What is the cause to low semen and sperm? The testosterone level or maybe dht?

thats the question that if we had an answer… our problems would be solved…

I’ve seen this news story doing the rounds about eating a handful of nuts everyday improving sperm quality.

All PFS sufferers have less ejaculation volume. But the problem are not in the testicles, but in the prostate (seminal liquid). That is why I think that our problem is very related with the prostate…

Not going to bother reading the article, but most nuts lower T/DHT and raise estrogen. There are only a few nuts that are good for T.

Peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, and cashews are all bad.

Macadamia nuts are like the only good ones.

What about pine nuts

Do you eat any nuts? Do people get worse with eating nuts? I’ve started cutting out walnuts, pistachios, and almonds from my diet. I’ve replaced all nuts with macadamia nuts for now. Still haven’t improved my insomnia.

I do not eat nuts, I stop eating nut long time ago.

Do you keep a food diary? What do you eat in place of nuts?

Yucca root, Yam( NO sweet potatoes), meat, cheese some times, green peas,lentils, eggs, Fish, some fruit ( banana, green grapes, pears, etc…), no coffee, no alcohol, I do exercise regularly.
I avoid fruit or food with high on vitamin A or Beta Carotene. I prefer to avoid vitamin A or Beta Carotene as much as possible.
I started to eat bread but not everyday.

Doesn’t yam =sweet potatoes? I eat yellow yam. Why do you avoid sweet potatoes?

Too much A vitamin, too much carotene.

Whats the danger for PFS with too much carotene? Thanks

Vitamin A also is DHT blocker, also vitamin B2.
Carotene is a form of vitamin A.
For example: Astaxanthin is a keto-carotenoid, it is more potent that saw palmetto. blocking DHT.

Apparently macademia nuts block DHT. So they’re not safe after all.
