Hi, I have quitted over 5 months and I didn’t have this problem before but I do now and I was wondering if anyone or anyone who you know have had this problem. One of my right hand finger changes temperature randomly. All of a sudden my finger is burning for a min. 2nd thing is my whole body is stinging and tingling constantly and It can be painful sometimes. was just wondering what it can be…seems I’m getting worse by the day. Any sepeculation or reply would be really appreciated. Thank you.
It sounds like problems with your nerves rather than actual temperature changes. We know finasteride affects neurosteriods so this is not outside of the realm of possibilities.
Have you discussed this with your doctor or researched nerve problems or nerve damage? Start looking in these areas.
Nerve damage is possible and there is a theory by a biochemist somewhere that PFS simply is nerve damage…
However, tingly, cold hands can also be thyroid related or circulation/vascular related.
I would get T3 and Reverse T3 checked to rule thyroid out.
No, I don’t have any family doctor I’m definately thinking of going in emergency room to check it out after my bloodtest comes out. For thyroid related, would TSH provide information as to if it is related or not?
