Why is it this forums members do not have any Professional Guidance

Would it really break the bank for one of the professors or doctors studying PFS to pop onto this forum to say hello

Maybe give updates into studies or theories or
create some type of advice leaflet pdf.

I know their time is valuable etc but surely 10 mins here and there isn’t going to be too taxing.

This is a question that has been on my mind for a long long time now im quite sure that alot of members have asked themselves this too.

After seeing so much confusion confliction desperation logical and delusional drug trials most of them self prescribed and a whole host if supplement trials on here followed up with comments like doctors can’t help the medical world doesn’t have a clue if i was a doctor or professor with knowledge i wouldn’t be able to hold myself back from helping people here.
Lets look at the big picture here the doctors and medical world get slatted for the damage these drugs do yet everyone is waiting for them to create a drug that corrects the damage of the last drug.
I would of thought that someone qualified Would have stepped in by now to give some advice for the sake of humanity or at least defend their corner.

What sort of advice do you mean, Baz?

Do you mean “take this drug/supplement, it’ll make you feel better”?

problem is that the pharmacy is the biggest mafia and give a fuck about the people. we have 2019 and still the most doctors believe finasteride is a safe drug. yeah its normal that im castrated with 21 and extremely high testosterone levels. even dr zitzmann told me it could be my low vitamine d. the most doctors dont know more than
us whats going on. even
the recommended ones on the foundation site

I know what your saying mate im in the same position but we are also asking big pharma to fix this so they can’t be ruled out we have to get them to work with us at some point.

i know but its so sad actually. they produce a hair loss product so a cosmetic product that destroyed our entire life. and now we are spending money that maybe in the future people can treat this. then we have to take expensive medicaments for the rest of our lives. finasteride is really a lose lose situation. every doctor that tells me it cant be finasteride or its all in my head gets what he deserves from me. im
no longer quit. i will tell everyone. before i had pfs i thought the same like all others : ah that cant be , otherwise the drug wouldnt be legal . stupid to think that this world is not corrupt as fuck. the fda is the biggest joke ive ever heard and trust

Any advice that helps people cope with symptoms physically mentally and emotionally.
Especially advice as to stop pointless possibly dangerous drug trials.

I think, unfortunately, the problem is that there isn’t a uniform response. As you yourself know, some people feel good with one thing that makes other people feel bad.

When I first signed up here I saw people talking about the famous (here at least) PFS doctors and thought that might be the answer, to raise some money and fly out to California.

It doesn’t look like they have much of a track record for helping and since they’re the “experts”, I don’t think there is a treatment that can be prescribed with any certainty.

Prof. Belknap did try to do a something. He was trying to spread awareness and provide accurate information by contributing to the finasteride page on Wikipedia, before he got banned by the Merck representatives who control the page.

As for the other doctors, they can’t really say anything in public in terms of advice, even if they knew anything which they don’t, because it is a liability for them. Also, most of them, like most people on this earth, only care about one thing - themselves, i.e. money and/or status. Other than that, they are more than happy to take multiple times $600 from you to use you as a Guinea pig and possibly damage you further, without being able to help you.

I have said it before and I will say it again, even though it doesn’t seem to be resonating at all. The only way we can find a cure or a treatment - or at least eliminate most of the harmful treatments most people are doing - is by funding a series of rat studies testing treatment protocols. This will be so much cheaper, safer, and more efficient than what everybody is doing now. Why people can’t seem to comprehend this is beyond me.
