It’s a great site overall. Just a quick update:
It’s now been over a year since my crash date, and I’m still with PFS.
I’ve found two BIG ways to improve things overall:
- Water fasting/raw food – this works wonders, even just doing it once
- Meditation & body-awareness. Self healing by controlling energy inside your body is very effective. Also, meditating is great for improving brain fog, and mood.
Our problem is our lower 2 chakras. Two energy centers in the body have been almost destroyed by Propecia, and meditating really helps. I highly recommend doing some research on it
