Hello,
we all here have similar problems but different pathologic reasons.
Some have low Testo others have high estrogen and or high SHBG.
And others have a damaged a5AR. But we all have similar problems due to low DHT.
What are possible tretments for these different reasons?
I read many threads in this forum but I am confused…
If there is a problem with high SHBG and/or high Estradiol, than Danazol and/or Arimidex can be worth a try.
If there is a problem with low Testosteron, than HCG and endogen Testosteron stimulation can be worth a try.
If there is a defect 5AR than Andractim or other DHT substitution make sense.
Is that right so far?
I ve tried all this possible treatments except of endogen Testosteron stimulation but nothing happend. I still suffer from sideeffects.
My endogen Testosteron production is okay.
It was measured five times over trhee years and it was always between 4.75 and 7.0. Thats okay.
My SHBG was also measured five times and it is between 30 and 47 nmol/l. Thats a little bit high.
My Estradiol was measured five times in the last three years and is between 28 and 35 (maybe a lil bit too high)
My Prolactin was measured five times and is all the time a lil above upper range (range 3-18) My Prolactin is always 19.
The most noticeable value is the DHT. It was measured five times and is always on the bottom of the range and lower (range young men 400-1100)
My DHT is between 200-400 - thats far too low!
What is a possible treatment for me? I dont know which of these four mentioned reasons I wrote on the top of this post describes my situation.
I tried Andractim and Proviron but it didnt work.
I tried danazol for two months, but it didnt work.
I tried danazol and arimidex for a couple of weeks, but it didnt work.
What are other possbile treatments for me?
Maybe danazol combined with Andractim to lower my SHBG and raise up my DHT???
I am reallly confused
