please can anyone help me to re-support the immune system with those supplements? which supplements are neccesary?

various otoimmune problems occuring slowly now on my body,(vitiligo,alopecia areate,hyperpigmentations,sjörgen,hashimoto’s,1 lymph node @armpit)

my mind drained, i have just recognized many changes on my body with “autoimmune” point of view,

lots of autoimmune diseases killing me!

i found a supplement that covers nearly all vitamins, minerals etc. you mentioned previously. look at that and reply back if something 's harmful to pfs
