So many capsules and vitamins.. is it healthy?

I have ALOT of different pills… herbs, vitamins etc…
Is it okay to take 1 of each… i know of no reactions that could happen from researching it… but it just seems weird taking like 7 pills a day…

For example… I have ginseng , vitamin D, Vitamin B 100 complex, Brewers Yeast, Zinc, Iodine droplets, magnesium…

im going to be buying a few more things like anti oxidants and such as well… i’m not sure if its okay to be taking so many different things?

I wouldnt touch brewers yeast. Do a search on it.

Mate i take a lot more than 7 a day. I have been for years, even before propecia. I havent had any problems, and liver is healthy…
I guess as long as you dont take more than the recommended dose you should be fine. Just my opinion and experience though, I could be wrong…

I don’t think it’s good. My body quickly overloaded or stopped benefitting from every supplement ive taken. You can get everything you need from natural food, you just need to start cooking and eating properly.

Cut out all the stuff that has no proper research, generally I wouldn’t waste any money on ‘miracle herbs’ which might be seen as the illusive ‘cure’.

I supplement for good general health now, and I have found some very pleasing benefits with my skin actually. I take:

Cod liver oil
Magnesium
Melatonin (1.5 mg, slow release)
Zinc picolinate (50mg)

I did take a multi vitamin but I don’t bother now

How long you been on that much zinc joe?

I have only just started on it, I am considering biting the bits in half as it’s quite a high amount. But I think the zinc gives me better erections. I stayed away from Zinc for a while because I was unsure if it was good or bad but if we look on the internet, zinc is meant to be one of the better things for ED.
