I have ALOT of different pills… herbs, vitamins etc…
Is it okay to take 1 of each… i know of no reactions that could happen from researching it… but it just seems weird taking like 7 pills a day…
For example… I have ginseng , vitamin D, Vitamin B 100 complex, Brewers Yeast, Zinc, Iodine droplets, magnesium…
im going to be buying a few more things like anti oxidants and such as well… i’m not sure if its okay to be taking so many different things?
