I went to go see a Hair Transplant doctor who was very honest and told me that it was far too early for surgery (I’m only 25). He convinced me to try Propecia even though I had read about some worrisome side effects on Wikipeida. He said the side effects had been greatly exagerrated. I really hate my balding look and since I have to wait for a HT I figured why not give it a go.
Around my 5th dose, I started noticing that my nipples were getting very sensitive. After my 6th and 7th doses they were almost painful which is when I did my google search and found this site. Thank god I found it in time. I hope I haven’t done any permanent damage to my body.
My nipples are better now but still a bit sensitive.
Anyways, I flushed all my pills and threw away the box. I’m going to try Rogaine which I’ve been reluctant to use because of the risk it poses to my two cats.
Thank you for saving me from a potential disaster.
