In New Zealand we have a breakfast spread called marmite. It is also in the uk but its a different reciepe, not sure if you have it in the usa. For the last couple of days i have been eating 2 or 3 teaspoons a day …on its own…its pretty gross to eat like this but my head has definantley felt a little better…not normal but a little better.

Yeast(80%) ,sugar, salt, mineral salt, wheat maltodextrin, color, herbs, spices, vitamins(niacin, riboflavin, thiamin, folate, b12) minerals(iron)
