Can anyone tell me why Propecia can cause sleep disorder. Since I took Propecia I couldn’t sleep well. I think I never had any deep sleep phases (REM phase).
Thanks for any thoughts.

Decreased nitric oxide synthase. DHT has been found to mediate nitric oxide, and Finasteride inhibits DHT. Nitric Oxide is involved in the sleep/wake cycle.
