skin rush after propecia

i have taking propecia for 9 months since last year and skin allergy comes and i now stoped it. does anyone have the same problem can share with me ? many thx

have you stopped fin?
what about other side effects like: fatigue, Muscle loss, sleep apnea, nausea, appetite loss, libido loss, erectile dysfunction etc.

I had that, skin rash on many parts of my body. Then Gynecomastia started and I stopped Propecia. The skin rash was cured with a cortisone pill which name I don’t remember. What else can I say? I looked like if one hundred bees pinched me. Oh, stop propecia my friend.

The insert for Propecia lists hives (rash) as a possible side effects of the drug. Take heed.

Yes, it surely reported it when I had the rash too. Unfortunately, it wasn’t there when I last saw the side effect’s list.
Anyhow, rfad, I suggest withdrawing propecia and if rash doesn’t subside within 3-4 weeks, go seek medical help. This is what I would do If I could go back in the past. I tell this because I don’t think the cortisone pill was well tolerated whilst I was using Propecia and considering the timing in the events, it could have triggered the gynecomastia in my case. Good luck

yes i have stop taking it for nearly 2 months, i dont have other side effects, my skin rush has a bit improved

may i know how long you recover from skin rush ?

i have stoped taking it nearly 2 months rush been improved but how long if can be disappeared ?

hello rfad, I’m sorry I didn’t see your reply.
Unfortunately I cannot tell you what to do. 2 months is a lot of time.
I probably would do complete blood analysis and see if something’s wrong. If everything is in the right place, then it’s up to you the decision to wait for a natural healing or seek medical health.
In any case I would listen for the opinion of a doctor (specifying that this is probably due to propecia) and I would take photos of the rash for future documentation.

Use coresatin cream for skin rash.
