I am freaking out because I know this is a side effect but I cannot prove it at all. I have heard people mention it here before. I have no mucus (like yellow boogers or flem) whatsoever. My spit is always clear and very little. I know this is definately effecting my oral health/.
Please let me know if I am the only one experiencing this or if you have this as well.
I have the same thing…however for the first time in almost a year i got SICK…like really sick…and i had tons of mocus being produced i guess…i dont how but i feel better after being sick for almost 2 weeks…HOW WEIRD IS THAT?

The boogies thing is really consistent too. If I can pull anything yellow out of my nose then it’s usually a good sign. When I feel especially bad, the inside of my nostrils are just watery and produce perfectly white snot.
I know others that are experiencing the same thing.
Is this normal though? I mean I always used to have some snot or could at least spit some mucus now it is just white pure liquid. sorry if this is inapporpriate - can long term members comment either way

My brother also, had a cold for a week, one night he woke up and said his mouth was very moist. His eyes seemed a little oily. We are on a new plan that aims to make sure the gut and liver are talking to each other. We’re starting with a clean diet because it seems like this is an absorption problem and if you think about it if you can’t absorb water how could you produce mucus?
