Unfortunately, some of the worst affected in our community got the condition from only one pill. As unbelievable as that may sound, it has happened.
That said, if you took that one pill only a few days ago, it’s way too early to jump to any conclusions.
(You typed the wrong year in your drug consumption/cessation dates)
The vast majority of people recover from the adverse effects within a few months of stopping the drug. We often recommend people to give it at least three months to see if you still naturally recover.
If by that time you have still not recovered, there may be more legitimate reason for concern.
For now, give it more time, and you will most likely still recover.
Unfortunately, there is no first-line treatment to offer you in the meantime.
There’s also (as is already evident from this one thread) a lot of noise on the internet about what people should or shouldn’t do in this situation. None of it has any basis in reality, and there is a lot of cognitive dissonance out there that results in a lot of nonsense. What I mostly mean by that is don’t bother with ‘protocols’ or ‘not masturbating’ or supplements. It will not change anything.
There’s really very little you can do except taking good care of yourself and sitting this out. Avoiding anti-androgenic substances (which is pretty much every other hairloss treatment imaginable) is the best thing you can do.
