i searched better and i found tribosten dim and horny goat weed.
i’ll buy them tom… but… what about the dose he used exactly? and with or without food ?

I believe he only used 250mg of tribosten daily and then he used DIM once in the morning and once at night. I’m not sure of the DIM mg’s though. The horny goat weed is my own substitution for the pharmaceutical he used. I believe the pharm drug was 5mg once in the morning and once at night. Keep us posted.
Doesn’t matter if you take it with food or not.
for tribosten the raccomanded dose is 3 tabs (250mg tribulus+5mg bioperine ) per day .

Well, I’m not a doctor, but I would take one in the morning and one at night. I have ordered the 150mg for my self, so that would be 300 daily
ok tom will be my last day on quercetin at 2,5 gr per day… so are u sure i 've to stop taking it and start with the others supplements ? or i’ve to take quercetin and other supplements all together? Cytochrome stopped the quercetin and then added in the other supps.

… today it was my first day with tribosten and estrodex (SAN) … estrodex contains 300mg calcium D-Glucarate+ 120mg Urtica dioica + 100 mg Diindolemethane(DIM) + 50 mg transstilbene …
I searched and saw that Urtica can inhibit 5 ALFA Reductase…do u think I should change product for this reason or it doesn’t matter? …
Another thing…cithocrome took 5mg erection pill only at nighttime not two time daily .

You know my endo said there is many many drugs with an ability to inhibit 5 alpha reductase but they are not advertised this way. Only finasteride is known to provide such effect because it is advertised for this. He mentioned that Clomifen Citrate as it is a synthetic estrogen is also inhibiting 5 alpha reductase for example, cause estrogens decrease andorgen activity, but it is not adveritsed as 5 alpha reductase inhibitor.

I have been on quercetin 2000mg and DIM 300mg for the past 5 weeks and have noticed that I am starting to get spontaneous erections upon thinking about women. Even the fact that I am thinking about women is commendable. I have also noticed that I am starting to get sensitivity back in my cock. I can actually feel the skin now. (don’t know how else to explain it) I plan on starting Tribosten in another week.
why take dim along with querc? does it have querc estrogen increasing prpoerties ? sorry been away for a while and am not well informed
