Hi guys it has almost two years since I quit finastrede my main symptoms was insomnia and anxiety anxiety has improved decently so is insomnia although I dream too much now I want will work out help me or will it increases testosterone and making me crash

I’ve been working out for a few years now. If anything, it made me feel a lot better. You should too, no need to worry about it.
I know it can be bad for one or two especially when exercise is strenuous. I’ve never stopped training but have reduced the amount I do. I think if I hadn’t kept training I would be in an even worse position. Go for it but start light would be my advice.
