Well, I´m on Testosterone gel and Maca now and I have been thinking that, since L-Carnitine is supposed to help raising testosterone as well, perhaps I should add it to my diet.
I´ve taken L-Carnitine in the past, when I used to go to the gym and I wanted to lose weight. I know that it´s a natural supplement and I never had any problems with it in the past.
so, do you think that L-Carnitine will help me, as well as testosterone gel and Maca?
