hello guys, i need advice.
As CD nuts suggests, i’m not masturbating and i feel better because of this. I feel happier and i can tolerate excercises, i have more strenght.
Recently i met a guy, i think he is sexy and i’d like to have sex with him.
If I have sex and ejaculate, will I throw my progress into the trash? Can I have sex or should I have sex without coming?
I know by experience that coming with masturbation makes me feel worse but what if i come after sex?
Is there any difference? I’d like to discuss this.

I would totally reccomend it but be aware that if you nut in a mans asshole you might get your sperm into his balls and he might get pregnant. This might create the ultimate man with a XYY chromosome and create a new step on the evolutionary ladder for humankind.

I used to do nofap before SSRI, was amazing. Got me out of this lazy state where I had no confidence or motivation. Really felt like a god on earth when on a long streak. When I do it now with PSSD, it works a little bit for motivation. But I tend to feel less relaxed, frustrated and eventually worse. Hate that i don’t get those benefits anymore I got before PSSD.
