Severe Anxiety -- Am I suffering from PFS or not ?

Hello my name is Gabe and I am 23 years old from Romania.

I took proscar 5mg for 4 weeks, one pill per week.

After that severe anxiety kicked in with panic atacks so severe that I cannot describe. I had depression at 14 years old for a few months and never experienced such feelings again since proscar.

I have no sexual side effects, only severe damaging anxiety all day long.

Question : Considering that I quit proscar one month ago, can other symptoms show up with time ? if so, what symptoms, after how much time ? is this pfs ? will the anxiety go away ? please resdpond to all my questions.

Hi, it may well have been caused by Propecia, but nobody can be certain. I personally have had more symptoms trigger even over a year off the drug, and as one is sexual I’m sure Propecia is to blame.

I am convinced there is a relationship between anxiety, libido and Propecia. If you do indeed have a PFS symptom, then it would be interesting that you aren’t experiencing any libido side effects. It makes me wonder how many men out there can’t diangose PFS because they are performing normally sexually but have other problems.
