Has anyone here tried Selegiline? If so, what symptoms did you have to begin with, and what symptoms did it help with?
I’ve noticed some topics from a couple of years ago but nothing recent, hence this post.
I tried it and had to quickly stop because of chest pain, insomnia, and strange sweating whenever I tried to sleep. On paper it looks great but in practice had too many side effects.
Sigh…seems to be the case with most meds for this syndrome
I don’t think I had those sides because of PFS. It may work well for others.
Aren’t you on Pregabalin as well? How’s that treating you?
Any other sides? Also what dosage and what method of ingestion?
Yes the Pregabalin is working ok for sleep but I’ve been taking it too much for sleep and I’m not staying asleep as long lately. Have to space it out although it could be the benzos that I’m using too much. Also taking mementine to try and minimize tolerance.
You should probably try to minimize use as much as possible to avoid tolerance, ive noticed gabapentoid tolerance develops rapidly even in normals.
I tried 3 years ago when I first got PFS… took a couple of weeks and then insane libido for 2 weeks… after that I tried cycling off and on and didn’t get any effect. My side was constipation and bloating
