As some of you all on this board may know, I engaged in a two week fast back in january. Since quitting the fast I have experienced many benefits from it; one of the major benefits that I got from it (which I didn’t realized until lately) was that I am now significantly more sensitive to vitamins/supplements. I’ll give an example: In the past vitamin D didn’t have much of an effect on me, however now if I take it then I get much much stronger morning wood. I haven’t experienced much with other kinds of supplements yet (only vitamin C and K) but I intend to try them out gradually and see what happens. To me, this indicates that possibly fasting improved the ability of my intestines/body to absorb nutrients. Its actually really cool because I have a VERY large assortment of random vitamins/nutrients that I accumulated back in my darkest days of PFS, and for a long time I thought they would be completely useless to me, however now there is a distinct possibility that they might get used afterall
interesting. after a period of intermittent fasting I started making vegetable juice and I’m feeling much better. has many vitamins and minerals.
have you tried using tongkat ali?
Some of us have reported adverse reactions to Royal Jelly, a special form of honey with hormonal properties. I’ve even had a mini-crash from it.
However, after my 21-day fast last year, I ate Royal Jelly and Chyawanprash every day for a few weeks and my balls became engorged so much that I went to the emergency room to have them looked at.
I’m talking BIG, gentlemen.

yep, RJ fucked up my gains from fasting, if I hadn’t tried supplementing with that crap then my sexual energy would have been like 10-15% better. Its good that it didn’t affect you adversely though. A 21 day fast? Water fast right? Did you make a thread about it? For some reason I don’t remember you doing a fast.
