Idiopathic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism patient (low LH, FSH & Testosterone level). Started hcg & hmg. Testosterone level improved upto 400 (normal range 280-1100). After some months, hcg is not working & testosterone level is dropped below normal range. Why is it so? What’s the solution? It is also pertinent to mention that exogenous testosterone can’t be used as fertility is the requirements. Experts, Your kind opinions & suggestions will be highly appreciated
