scrotal atrophy

Is it possible to reverse the scrotal atrophy?

I think my scrotum is actually getting SMALLER, my balls tended to ‘hang low’ whatever that means before and while on fin now they hang higher than my cock all the time. For the first few months they more or less maintained the previous position…

no responses in six months -not good

I am in the same boat as you

Yes, it’s reversible. The size of your testicles (and the scrotum) will increase with stimulation from LH.

I agree that it’s reversible (from personal experience) it’s just a question of finding the control mechanisms…

You’ve to correct the hormonal imbalance which is suppressing your testosterone production.

Clomid??

I’ve been on arimidex for a while now. 0.5mg for a couple of weeks then 1mg for a couple of weeks. I don’t feel any negative side effects yet from too low e2. Balls are hanging lower but are still small and libido is still pretty much non existent!

After my next blood test at the end of the week, I’ll check the results and try clomid. Unless of course I turn into a raging horn dog in the next week.

It might be just what you need  It’s going to be exciting. However, personally, I would use hCG or hMG.

What as well as clomid?

I thought about it. Was thinking 250 hcg EOD. I don’t know much about HMG

What about Clomid?

I’ve tried hCG myself. I figured 125 i.u. a day should be safe since they use that for the hCG diet. I had testicles with the size of melons after a week. hCG mimics LH. hMG is available as a combination of LH and FSH. Expensive, but it’s the real deal.

Interesting, but isn’t HCG suppressive? I mean, once you stop it, do you still have the balls and the LH working?

I thought you were saying try it as well as clomid. I wouldn’t need arimidex under such circumstances would I?

hCG is suppressive, and dangerous if you overdose. The idea is to kickstart the testosterone production, and hopefully, your HPTA will maintain a high level of testosterone after treatment.

No, I meant hCG instead of Clomid. I don’t like the idea of manipulating the negative feedback mechanism with a SERM. They’re all notorious for aromatization, but I don’t think Arimidex will be needed, since you’ve been using that for a while.
