Scars in the penis - HPV

Just before taking saw palmetto and astaxanthin supplements in April this year, I also had numerous cauterizations of HPV warts at the base of my penis (trichloroacetic acid 70%). I see, I have some differences in the skin of the base of my penis (some parts a little whitish). I also applied cream of the plant Stryphnodendron (barbatimao) on some warts.

There are chances my erectile dysfunction was caused by acid burns? All urologists and dermartologists have said this is impossible. They said the PFS “theory” is more likely.

Or does the Stryphnodendron plant have 5ari properties? I couldn’t find anything about it on the internet.

I’ve done a Doppler that didn’t show any abnormalities.

Sorry to hear about your suffering. Dude, ED has to do with either mental component (libido, stress, hormones, neurotransmitters) or mechanical/physiological issue (think BP, cardiac issues, diabetes, & probably hernias). Wounds or burns shouldn’t affect your erectile function, IMHO.

That said, I’m no doctor and you should see a specialist for a definit diagnosis.
