Dude, I’ve only read about half of the last report here, but very VERY VERY interesting man!!! Makes A LOT of sense, and sounds very logical as well!!
idk, all I can say is WOW!!!
and very well written report as well. This is a great program they set up for these people.

So now the key would be to determine exactly what it is all the supplements needed would be, precisely, and such as where to buy them all easily, and how much they would cost.
But something I would certainly certainly consider!

Eventhough 2.5 hours in a sauna daily for a month sounds … grueling, to say the least!! ANd then to maintain a constant body weight while doing this as well. I can’t imagine how this could be done.
What are your thoughts on this?

Furthermore, I wonder what the people at the gym would think when they saw you in the sauna daily for hours and hours and hours upon end…
Thanks for the link man.
This sounds like the ultimate, ULTIMATE DETOX!
I’d like to hear some others’ opinions on this.

I knew you’d like this one, Boston

I agree this sounds like something every one of us could potentially try, and see if it makes any difference.

I’m lucky in that there’s a sauna in my apartment building… I’m considering doing 30 mins a day to start.

As for the supplements, I haven’t read through all the material but they do outline the specifics in the various documents. ie:

I think its definitely something to consider, and worth a try. Just make sure you stay hydrated and don’t give yourself heart problems or pass out!

L Ron Hubbard, isn’t he the guy who invented scientology?

Just that fact alone makes me feel highly skeptical about this whole thing.

The last thing we need is to turn to Scientology!

I am a very skinny guy with just almost no visible fat on my body.

I don’t mean to offend you in the least bit when I say this but with all due respect maybe you oughta reconsider making this a sticky post.

Indeed, after researching Mr. Hubbard it appears you are correct, he is the founder of Scientology… lol. I also have the same suspicions as you.

Regardless, the WTC study and others out there seem to corroborate his method… despite his background.

So I’m not entirely sure what to make of this… it sounds like something worth trying regardless, and as long as one doesn’t take it to extremes, probably shouldn’t suffer any adverse effects.

As for this being a sticky, for now it will remain so… nobody has to follow this protocol, but it seems to have gained acceptance as a method to help eliminate toxins frm the body, especially at drug detox centers. I could be wrong though.

I wonder what the dosages are, and what would be a good way to monitor what the doses should be, and stay, or whether you would be adjusting them throughout, or what!

Mew, I don’t think half hour will make much of a difference. I think its like you either do it right, or don’t do it… It takes a lot for shit to mobilize and exit your body.

Big Softie - I’m a skinny guy too, but what are you, early twenties?? I worried about my weight and size a lot when I was your age too, but don’t worry about it. Guys like us are usually more healthy, plus when you get older and get a wife, and start eating regular good meals, that usually changes. SO don’t discount the study just because you’re afraid of losing a little weight!! I’m 6 feet and weigh 156 lbs, the lightest I’m ever been, I am thin, but I am very healthy (aside of course from this Fin thing). Also, it says to "maintain body weight too, so I don’t know how thats done, but anyway, wake up kid!! Read the report!

Turns out the WTC study is hosted on the able.org website, which is a front for “the social betterment methods and principles of author and humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard.”

So yea, not sure what to make of all this. Anyway, the info is there, if anyone wants to give it a shot, by all means. If you believe it might be nuts, then don’t bother. Nobody is forcing you to do anything.

And just to be clear, I do not endorse Scientology.

Do you think the study is legit?
Why would they post it if it wasn’t true?

Well the WTC study was conducted by FASE:
fasenet.org/overview.html

The question is wether you believe they are a legit organization and their motives for publishing such materials.

They claim their research is supported by various groups within the US government and other organizations… wether its all true or not, I don’t know.

Again, I’m just presenting the info – it doesn’t mean you have to use it. Just interesting stuff I came across.

Yes well…

what would you say? I think I’m gonna try it this winter.

I’m doing sauna and it feels good. But I dont think I have any prostate problems!Actualy I did sauna even before stoping finasteride so maybe this helped avoiding prostatitis

I’ve been doing IR-sauna 2-3 times a week for general health prior and post finasteride, thats about five years now and I can tell you that it doesnt really adress our problem.

It’s really good for the body tho

I had a sauna the other week and felt awful for about a week. Come across this and relized i still havent learnt my lesson of research first and do after rather than the vice versa.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16597034

2.5 hours , they must be meaning 5x30 sessions?
it actually sounds dangerous in regards to mineral/vitamin/electrolyte levels
also if you are already thin you shouldnt go in that much as sauna causes alot of weight loss

DONT DO THIS!!!

Even a healthy man doing this would enbd up with the testosterone levels of a little girl and nonexistent sperm.

Too much heat aint good for testosterone, likewise stop deep tub baths.
