SARMS vs TRT-Whats the best option?

So I am approaching the 14 month mark with PFS. I am at the point where I am considering some from of HRT. From reading through countless posts, it seems to me that people have better sustained results with TRT verses SARMS like nolvadex or clomid. I know both are a shot in the dark, but I feel that after 14 months of seeing little improvement and worsening in some areas, this is not going to fix itself. I’m wondering, does it make sense to try SARMS first? Or should I just say fuck it and jump on TRT?

Just for reference, my main issue is libido. Erections are still pretty decent. Brainfog doesn’t seem to be much of an issue for me, but emotional blunting is. fMy Serum T was normal around 650, but my free T was low.

LH----3.5 (1.7-8.6)
FSH—3.6 (1.5-12.4)
Test serum—649 (264-916)
Test free—11.8 (8.7-25.1)
DHEA-S—324.8 (138.5-475.2)
THS—2.290- (.450-4.500)
Estradiol—29.8 (7.6-42.6)
Insulin—2.1 (2.6-24.9)

neither Nolvadex or Clomid are SARMs. They are SERMs.

What are your main symptoms? Do they worsen with exercise or ejaculation?

Sorry, I’m new to all this… My main persistent side is lowered libido. It varies from 0-50% but baseline is around 25%. I think exercise makes me feel better, but my libido usually drops for a few days after ejaculation then bounces back to about 25%.

Any updates @BP86?
