I got diagnosed with high free T4 few days ago.
1.93 (0.7 - 1.71) while my tsh being normal.
This is giving me insomonia and all those hyperthyroid symptoms. Is there any safe suppliments or herbs that can act as antithyroid without having any other effects !!
