Does anyone know of a safe sunscreen that won’t worsen symptoms?
I was looking for one as well the other day and just ordered this one:

I haven’t tried it yet, but it is the only one I found that is not using any chemical sunblockers and does not use zinc dioxide. The only active ingredient is titanium dioxide (non-nano) so I hope it does not affect hormones and thus does not worsen PFS

How has your experience been with this sunscreen?
Sunscreen caused a huge crash, it was the worst by far and ive had a few. Be very careful.
Best and safest sunscreen is clothes/hats for sure.

The one I bought didn’t crash me. But it is really thick, so you look super white aftet you apply it
