Add one step at a time. After you have added a step wait 3 days if no improvement add the next step but continue the previous one or ones you have added. Thank you unfortunately lemon juice and aloe cause me issue now. A few years ago I could tolerate them, hopefully you’re protocol will help others. Thanks for sharing

Just try Aloe juice mixed in water…
